Ian took us on CST tour and we found that to be quite informative. He is quite friendly and knowledgeable. The walking tour was surprisingly elaborate and detailed. Hatsoff to his patience. I would certainly recommend his tours to anyone who is looking to learn more about historic places in Mumbai.

An GWe went for a heritage walk in CSMT with Ian late-September, and it was a blast! He’s energetic, well-informed and convivial! The walk took about 2 hours — wherein we explored the exterior and interior architectural aspects of the iconic train station. Throughout the walk, Ian regaled us with stories of historical significance, and even quizzed us a bit along the way! It was very engaging. We made a stop at the train museum inside the station - a modest setup with a LOT of paraphernalia for rail transport enthusiasts! Before we did this walk - We really didn’t know how much the station had to offer, despite living in Mumbai for some time now. Walks like these are a lovely way to get acquainted with the city. An experience made all the richer with an enthusiastic and passionate guide like Ian! We look forward to joining him for another heritage walk sometime! Thank you for a memorable time.

Really enjoyed the CSMT tour, it was a well-organised and smooth experience from start to finish. Everything ran on time, and we got to see and learn about all the important parts of the station without feeling rushed. What really stood out was how Ian made space for us to wander a bit, even indulging our animal detours along the way, without ever losing the thread of the tour.
